What I built
My work focused on the generation engine that converts YAML definitions into production-ready backend source code. I implemented the logic that transforms a specification into files representing entities, DAO/repository layers, services, and web service/API layers, using up-to-date annotations, conventions, and security patterns.
- Converted structured YAML input into generated backend layers and CRUD-ready services.
- Ensured generated APIs were fully secured and aligned with current framework conventions.
- Contributed to an extensible foundation supporting Spring Boot, .NET, Laravel, and NestJS.
- Integrated Gemini API to add AI-assisted generation and developer productivity features.
Outcome
The platform reduced the time required to bootstrap new applications and standardized generated backend structures, making teams faster while keeping code generation aligned with modern production practices.
